Zip your way on bike through treacherous lands

Race your bike through obstacles to the finish line without crashing – the concept is nothing new, but the execution is absolutely top notch in Stickman Downhill.

A seamless combination of tilting to change trajectory and tapping to alternatively brake and accelerate takes a few crashes to get the hang of, but pretty soon you’ll start flying Evel Knievel style through the short courses on your mountain bike. The goal is to reach the finish as quickly as you can without biting it, which immediately and spectacularly totals your bike and yourself. The graphics are more than attractive, and the variety of level designs do an excellent job of maintaining interest.

More than fifteen different bikes are unlockable, or alternatively you can access them early via in-game purchase. Several tracks offer the option of competing against your friends via leaderboard. The physics are flawless and the game runs smoothly. It’s unnervingly addictive, even for folks who aren’t normally fans of the genre.

Racing games may be a dime a dozen, but Djinnworks e.U.’s Stickman Downhill is a really, really good one.
