I am hearing some rumors being reported today after seeing a spike in chatter within the gaming community on today. I have not seen the third-party game tracking tools show this much rumor in a long time. I will say the tracking tools are way more heated than the chatter I am seeing, so something might be off here. Again, I saw some initial chatter from within the gaming forums and on this site starting on today.  Now, I decided to cover it on everyday even if the chatter was not at the levels that would warrant me posting something.

The rules of the game are simple: the goal is to get rid of all your cards before someone else does. The first player to run out of cards becomes the President 👑, while the last player to run out of cards becomes the Scum 😜. The game is played with a standard deck of 52 cards and the order of the cards from highest to lowest is: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A.

The game is played in rounds, and each round begins with the President and Scum from the previous round shuffling the deck and dealing the cards. The President plays first and can play any combination of cards as long as the combination ranks higher than the previous turn. The other players must follow the suit and play cards of equal or higher value or pass if it is not their turn. The scum is always the last player to act and must give the President his 2 highest ranked cards in exchange for the President’s 2 lowest ranked cards, same goes for 2nd and 3rd place with 1 card.
