I am hearing some rumors being reported today after seeing a spike in chatter within the gaming community on today. I have not seen the third-party game tracking tools show this much rumor in a long time. I will say the tracking tools are way more heated than the chatter I am seeing, so something might be off here. Again, I saw some initial chatter from within the gaming forums and on this site starting on today.  Now, I decided to cover it on everyday even if the chatter was not at the levels that would warrant me posting something.
To be clear, Wendgames' radar has not confirmed any release is officially going on.

Game description:
This is the second game in Dream City Construct game series. You’re a fugitive on the run from federal agents. You arrived at Dream city to seek help from FFG, a vigilante group. You can either choose to join the vigilante group or take control of the Mafia.

The branching storyline allows for 2 completely different playthrough. If you join the vigilante group, you’ll discover an outsider is trying to wrest control of the Mafia. Do whatever it takes to prevent this from happening. If you refuse to join the vigilante group, an outsider will contact you to help him to take control of the Mafia. Whatever your choice, you’ll discover the world is on the brink of an apocalypse. Can you prevent it from happening?

As an early access game, more features and contents will be added from time to time over the course of several years. Some part of the game still use placeholder arts. This will be replaced with proper arts over time. As this is a hardcore game, combat will take a big part in the game. If you don’t like combat, you can unlock secret mode to bypass main quests and play as a normal citizen.

* forage tree stumps for mushrooms
* attend 20 different classes offered by 4 schools to gain skill experience points
* if secret mode is unlocked, rent flat, apartment or condominium unit as home. Then, upgrade home with up to 20 furniture option
* cook food with 59 recipes. Food ingredients can be bought from hypermarket, 24 hours shop, cake & pastry shop or night market stalls
* use taxi at bus stops to move between buildings
* buy scooter and cars as vehicle
* invest in jewellery and company stocks
* free random or special event vouchers updated daily from newspaper can be collected at counters
